Worley G. Fields Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2020, at the age of 86, Worley G. Fields of Dante, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, O. C. "Cos" and Mary Ruth Dye Fields; his wife Mildred Addington Fields; and his siblings, Sadie Skeens, Jack Fields, Harold Fields, Ora "Bus" Fields and Billy Joe Fields.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Kestner (Max) of Castlewood, Virginia and Connie Robinson (Bill) of Castlewood, Virginia; his granddaughter Jada Kestner; and his siblings, Paul Fields (Phyllis) of Castlewood, Virginia, Donald Fields (Delores) of Castlewood, Virginia, Hester Bradley of Castlewood, Nora Lee Bise (T. J. "Pooch") of Castlewood, Kathleen Bellamy (Lowell) of Castlewood and Linda Abbott (Eddie) of Bristol, Tennessee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Following the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Virginia of no more than 50% of capacity gathering and the face-covering requirements, Funeral Services for Worley G. Fields will be conducted at 7:00 p. m. Tuesday, June 2, 2020, in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel in Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Harry Layell officiating.
