He is survived by: his parents, Mark Mullins and Donna Mullins of Dante, VA; his siblings, Jennifer Mullins of Castlewood, VA, Aaron Fultz and Dustin Mullins of Dante, VA; his grandparents, Richard and Mary Mullins of Pound, VA; his niece Paisley Mullins of Pound, VA; his nephews, Gabe Mullins and Dylan Mullins of Pound, VA; his uncles, Scott Mullins (Missy) of St. Paul, VA, Joe Mullins (Edgina) of Pound, VA, Brian Mullins (Sonia) of Pound, VA, Jeff (Mary), Chris Bowman (Tanessa) and Adam Bowman of Wise, VA; and his aunt Jennifer Sargent of Wise, VA. He is also survived by several cousins, friends and family.
