He is survived by: his parent Mossie Phillips Ray; his wife Lois Ann Phillips; his sons, Tim Counts of Castlewood, Virginia Counts and Jeff Counts of Castlewood, Virginia; his sisters, Sherry York of St. Paul, Virginia Phillips and Becky Phillips of Dante, Virginia; his grandchildren, Nicole White, Johnathan Counts and David Counts; and his great grandchildren, Ezekiel Counts and Nevaeh Duty. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
