She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy McMillan and Nellie McMillan; her siblings, Lloyd McMillan, Berton McMillan, Gracie McMillan, Edra Sheets, Joyce Mays and Patsy Patrick; and her husband Oscar Neece.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Black of Erwin, TN., Darrell Black and Stacy Black of Mountain City, TN.; her grandchildren, Sean Black, Courtney of Erwin, TN and Cody Black of Fall Branch, TN; her daughters-in-law, Jennifer Black and Vickie Black; and her siblings, Harry McMillan (Debra) of Hamilton, IN., Sidney McMillan (Mary) of Defiance, OH, Rick McMillan (Jennifer) of Clinchco, VA, Jean Hale (Clyde) of Trammel, VA, Gail Phillips (Lewis Puckett) of Bristol, VA and Debbie Rodehaven (Larry) of Guyville, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and host of other relatives.
