He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hayes Blevins; his children, Eddie Blevins of Damascus, VA, Trey Bowling (Samantha) of Damascus, VA and Michelle Jennings of Bristol, VA.; his siblings, Bill Blevins (Sharon) of Abingdon, VA, Tommy Blevins of Abingdon, VA, Joan Wilkerson of Sandston, VA, Freda Watson of Bristol, TN and Alice Garner of Damascus, VA.; his grandchildren, Desiree Norris, Hunter Martin, Robert Bowling and Faith Bowling; his great grandchildren, Bentley, River Martin, Parker and Kenzlee Norris; his nephew Chris Hayes; and his pets, Sadie, Tommy, Molly and Maddie.
