She is survived by: her children, David Brown (Judy), Larry Brown (Cindy Freeman), Randy Brown (Shannon) and Connie Brown; her grandchildren, Travis Brown (Hillary), Jamie Brown, Samantha Vaughan (Steven), Derek Brown (Mica) and Greg Miller (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Carter Brown, Conner Brown, Gracie Fisher, Aubrey Fisher, Easton Brown, Everly Brown and Willow Miller; her nephew Marcus Hurtado (Becky); her niece Patsy Cornett; her close friend Jerry Vaughan; her friend Bill Thomas; and her caregiver Mica Brown.
A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Frost Funeral Home and Cremation Services (250 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Cemetery.
