She is survived by: her children, Tommy Hash (Jessica) of Bluff City, TN, Sarah Lynn Hash (Myron Steffey) of Damascus, VA and Teresa Dixon (Justin) of Damascus, VA; her grandchildren, Jonathon Hash, Maggie Hash, Mason Steffey, Scarlett Steffey, Sarah Beth Steffey, Lexi Hash, Abby Dixon, Callie Dixon and John Calvin Dixon; and her siblings, Roy Barlow (Carla), Kathy Clark (Travis Riley) and Lora Barron.
