He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lee "Chet" Walls and Nellie Blevins Walls. He is survived by: his wife Jane Winters Walls; his sons, Russell Walls, Jr. (Donna) and James Lee Walls (Tammy); his grandchildren, Jared Walls (Shana), Brandon Walls (Faith), Brooke Robinson and Amber Walls; and his great grandchildren, Rhyker, Raidyn and Willow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Garrett Funeral Home (203 N Shady Ave, Damascus, VA 24236). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Riverview Chapel at Garrett Funeral Home (203 N Shady Ave, Damascus, VA 24236). A committal service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Azen Baptist Church Cemetery.
