It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Mae Tolley Finley of Damascus, Virginia, who passed away on November 30, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tolley and Minnie Tolley; and her husband Gene Finley. She is survived by: her daughter Glenda Jean Campbell of Fairfax, VA; her grandchildren, Scott Judd, Chad Campbell, Crystal McCliggott (John) and Cara Craft (Colin); her great grandchildren, Darcy, Mikayla, Shauna, Savanna, Jackson, Tate, Cecilia and Emilia; and her sister-in-law Betty Repass. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
