It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rowena Elizabeth Dunn Neely Buckley of Damascus, Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Wilton Eugene Neely; and her siblings, Opal Dunn, Betty Dunn, Roland Dunn, Juanita Thompson, Catherine Vannoy, Eileen Stewart and Rance Dunn.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Betsy Neely Fritz (Jeff) and Robin Neely Dixon (Billy); her grandson-in-law Todd Garrett; her great grandchildren, Lauren Sauls (Jared), Peyton Garrett (Caitlyn), Reed Dixon, Madison Garrett (Dekota Carrico), Matthew Fritz, Andrew Fritz, Jack Jones and Allie Dixon; her great great grandchildren, Everly and Eli Sauls; her siblings, Wilma Miller, Edd Dunn (Irma), Harold Dunn and Dixie McCracken (Bob Cook); and her sister-in-law Marty Dunn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
