He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clarence, Myrtle Parks, Walter, Ella Lane and Angel.
He is survived by: his parents, John Edward "Ed" Lane and Eileen Parks Lane; his wife Vivian Hill Lane; his children, Tasha Fisher (Chris), Nicole Osborne (Adam), Paige "Blondie" Lane (Jawan) and Richard "Bub" Lane (Katie); his grandchildren, Greg, Joshua, Carma, Skylar, Keira, Blakleigh, Ezekiel "Zeke", Dixie and Remmington "Rem"; his sons, David and Clifton; and his sister Jennifer Snead (Jamie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations could be made to help offset the cost of expenses.
