He was predeceased by: his father William Randolph Baber, Jr.; and his brother Randy Baber of Mountain City, TN.. He is survived by: his mother Eneda Evelyn Maxey Baber of Damascus, VA.; and his wife Ann Baber of Damascus, VA. He is also survived by one niece, several great nieces and nephews; and many cousins.
