She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lee McDonald and Dorothy Coonts McDonald; her husband Reverand Leonard Smith; her daughter Kristi Slaughter; her granddaughter Kassidy Slaughter; her sister Beth Sheffield (David); and her sisters-in-law, Becky Holliday (Tom) and Donna Smith. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
