With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jonnie Kay Manuel of Damascus, Virginia, born in Medina, Ohio, who passed away on February 14, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Carlton and Rose Mary Carlton; her husband Charlie Manuel; and her siblings, John Dickey, Jill Wyatt, Darcy Dickey and Faith Dickey.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Manuel (Carl Spiva) of Damascus, VA and Tim Manuel (Barbara) of Glade Spring, VA; her granddaughters, Caitlin Manuel and Carlye Manuel; her sister-in-law Sue Butler; and her close friend Ruth Ann Owens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
