It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Leslie Forrester (Damascus, Virginia), born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Glenn and Effie Lewis Forrester Price. He is survived by: his wife Mary Forrester; his sister Linda McMurray (Carl); his half-siblings, Neva Johnson and Bobby Forrester; his stepson Robert Stout; his nephews, Chad McMurray and Erick McMurray; and his caregivers, John Szabo, Sharon Gilbert, Jennifer, Robin, Shirley, Freddy, Andrew and Lincare. He is also survived by several cousins and his church family.
