He is survived by: his wife Louise Owens; his children, Rita Widener (Jerry), Crystal Owens (Corie Aliff) and Jamie Owens, Jr.; his grandchildren, Megan Owens (Jesse Rutledge), Haley DeBord (Dalton), Hunter Baumgardner and Hannah Baumgardner; his great grandchild Easton Rutledge; his brother Eugene Owens; his mother-in-law Mary Widener; and his pet Foxy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
