It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isabell Buskell Stanley of Damascus, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Buskell and Vernie Buskell; her husband Marvin Lester "Pete" Stanley; her son Michael Lester Stanley, Sr.; and her siblings, Charles Buskell and Grace Buskell Trent.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Sue Cornett of Glade Spring, VA; her sister Catherine Baskell; her grandchildren, Jessica Hall (Matthew), Danielle Pennington (Kenneth), Michael Stanley, Jr. (Abbie), Brandon Napier, Dava Garcia and Aaron Napier; and her great grandchildren, Landon Hall, Lakyn Hall, Hayden Pennington and Ian Stanley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
