He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sinclair and Mary Ellen Cordwell Sinclair (Martha Sue Steele). He is survived by: his siblings, Gladys McFadden and Richard Sinclair (Marie); his stepchildren, Becky Spurgin (Steven) and Johnny Fike; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Sinclair; his grandchildren, Hank Sinclair, BJ Sinclair, Nickie Sinclair, Joseph Fike, Travis Miller, Dillon Spurgin and Cody Spurgin; and his great grandchildren, Tiffany Sinclair, Mia Sinclair, Victoria Sinclair, Kurstain Nunley, Lex Stallard, Annalee Sinclair, Adeline Sinclair, Kayden Spurgin and Jaxon Spurgin.
