He is survived by: his children, Eric Rhudy (Kelly) and Charlotte Phillips (Dwight); his grandsons, Daniel Zakk Phillips (Krista) and Charlton Evan Phillips (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Jayme Landon Phillips, Tyler Evan Phillips and Emma Grace Phillips; his siblings, Jack Rhudy (Carolyn), Patsy Roark, Billy Rhudy (Betty) and April Blackburn (Scott); his nephew Michael Roark; and his close friend Herman Surber. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, and friends.
