He was predeceased by: his father Paul Junior Blackburn, Sr.; his brother Robert "Giggs" Blackburn; and his niece Jessica Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Irene Blackburn; his children, Greg Blackburn (Sherry), Priscilla and Deidre Blackburn; his grandchildren, Mehgan Cook (Garrett), Matthew Blackburn (Jessica), Hannah Blackburn, Caleb Blackburn, Zeke Hensley and Danica Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Carson, Cooper, Connor and Clay; and his siblings, Diana Gilland, Mary Neely, Tammy Davidson (Gary) and Paul Blackburn, Jr. (Margaret). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
