He is survived by: his children, Misti Shaw (Chris), DeeDee Patrick (Rick), Dennis Farley, Jr. (Crystal) and William Farley; his grandchildren, Maranda, Molly, Colton, Brook and Cooper; his great grandchild Charlie; and his siblings, Mary Ann Compton (Larry), Donald Farley (Carol), Gene Farley (Libby), Jerry Farley (Dora) and Tommy Farley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
