We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2022, at the age of 88, Beatrice Clifton Jones of Damascus, Virginia, born in Abingdon, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Clifton and Effie Clifton; her brother Mac Clifton; and her daughters, Maricia Jan and Teresa Cheryl Jones.
She is survived by: her husband James Jones; her daughter Reda Jones; her grandchildren, Hannah Bush (Bart) and Nathan Farmer (Leah); her great grandchildren, Braylen, Isaac, Emory, Madelyn, Gavin, Marley and Jameson; and her niece Patsy Akers (Jimmy).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Penny F. Garrett Sarcoma Foundation or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
