Carter; her son Steven Carter (Donna) of Lebanon, VA; her grandchildren, Jonathan Matthew Carter of Bristol, VA, Matthew Hollaway of Lebanon, VA and Dianna Guinn of Chattanooga, TN; her great grandchild Carter Allen Guinn of Chattanooga, TN; and her siblings, Frank Cook (Maxine) of Crouch's Farm, WV, Donald Ray Cook of Baileysville, WV and Mary Kasey of Blue Ridge, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
