It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Robertson Jones (Daleville, Virginia), who passed away on March 18, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Jones; her parents, Simon Robertson and Minnie Robertson; and her stepmother Vetrice Robertson. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Daniel R. Jones (Charlotte) and Gregory Allen Jones (Paula); her grandchildren, Theresa Pugh (David), Christopher Jones and Amy Johns (Kyle); her stepgrandson Chuck Sprinkle (Huma); her great grandchildren, Emily Jones and Elizabeth Johns; and her stepgreat-grandson Naseem Sprinkle.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice.
