She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Motley Kegley and Mary Elnora Peterson; and her son Allen Brickey. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Mitchell (Bill) and Lynn Ellison; her grandchildren, Amanda Mitchell (Michael Weldon), Rodger Mitchell and Taylor Dickerson (Brent); her great grandchildren, Keeley Mitchell and Marleigh Weldon; and her sisters, Betty Jean Maynor (Gerry) and Pat Sigmon (Jack).

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Daleville Cemetery (939 Roanoke Rd, Daleville, VA 24083).
