She was predeceased by: her son Charles Bruce Webb; her husband William E. Webb, Sr.; and her siblings, Isabelle Mullins, Mary Ellen Frye and Joe Warren.
She is survived by: her children, William E. Webb, Jr. (Brigitte), Deborah W. Turner (Thomas), Karen Webb Silva, Vernon Lee Webb (Regina) and Carma Duffy (Thomas); her sister Polly Duff; and her pet Sadie. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren.
