He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Benjamin Silcox and Willie Silcox; his son Ben Silcox; and his siblings, Frank Silcox and Elizabeth Adams.
He is survived by: his son Richard Silcox (Mary); and his sister Ann Holloman. He is also survived by grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Rader Funeral Home (630 Roanoke Rd, Daleville, VA 24083).
