Gary Vandergrift Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Vandergrift of Daleville, Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Vandergrift; and his siblings, John H. Vandergrift Jr., Tommy Vandergrift, James Vandergrift, Leonard "Gus" Vandergrift, Allen Vandergrift, Doris Vandergrift Creasy and Peggy Vandergrift Creasy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Vandergrift (Karen) and Chas Ferguson (Ryan); his grandchildren, Julia Ferguson, Reghan Vandergrift, Harper Vandergrift and Garrett Ferguson; and his caregiver Charlotte Vandergrift.
Flowers are appreciated or memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
