He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Frazier Gibson and Herbert Ray Gibson of Fairlawn, Virginia.. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Jaime and Scott (Amy); his grandson Andrew; his brothers, Larry (Gale) and Tommy (Lori); his granddaughters, Natalie and Elizabeth; and his pet Harker Rae.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Genesis United Methodist Church (3539 Peters Crk Rd NW, Roanoke, VA 24019).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Genesis United Methodist Church, which was closest to Gary's heart.
