He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman F. Noel and Beulah G. Teaford Noel; his wife Audrey E. Barger Noel; and his siblings, Frank, Robert and Betty Graves.
He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Noel of Fincastle and Brenda Noel (David Hunt) of Ferrum; his granddaughters, Jennifer Martin (Kenny) and Jessica Palmer (Rodney); his great grandchildren, KJ Martin and Carlissa Martin; and his sister Anna Damerel of Richmond.
