He is survived by: his wife Lelia Armstead Waller; his children, Henry Waller, Jr. of Dale City, VA and Yvonne Wilkins (Angelo) of Bowie, MD; his grandchildren, Kareem Waller of Springfield, VA, Andre Waller of Dale City, VA, Patrick Waller of Woodbridge, VA, Zina Simpkins (Michael) of Glen Burne, MD, Jade Wilkins and Ivy Wilkins; his great grandchild Michael Simpkins III; and his sister-in-law Francina Fleming (James) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
