He was predeceased by: his former wife Cynthia Louise Green (Marshma); his son Rico R. Green; and his siblings, Ava Green, Deloris Green (Dixon) and Marvin E. Green (Junebug).
He is survived by: his wife Evangelist Missionary Rita Green; his children, Tamara D. Green and Frank Robert Green Jr.; and his sisters, Edith Green and Marlene Green. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, many relatives and friends.
