He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Elizabeth Kitts Houser; his children, Dennis Houser Jr. and Julie Spencer of Culpepper, VA; his grandchildren, Michael, Thomas, Dennis, Jr., Hannah, Zetty, Naomi and Daniel; and his siblings, Harry J. Houser, James L. Houser, Frances Saunders, Ruth Thirne and Margaret Deal.
