He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilday Ellis Roussell, Sr. and Susie Bragunier Roussell; his former wife Margaret Weedon Roussell; and his brother Alvin Roussell. He is survived by: his children, Wilday Ellis Roussell, III (Jeanne) and Diana Roussell Minter (Watson); his wife Wanda Nugent Roussell; his stepchildren, Tammy MacDonald (Clif), Richard Nugent (Cathy) and Gregory Nugent; and his sister Norma Roussell Cowart. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
