He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Hayden and Hester Hayden of Dahlgren; his daughter Jennifer; and his son-in-law Timothy Amrhein. He is survived by: his wife Elva Farmer Hayden; his children, Philip Hayden (Mary) and Beth Amrhein (Robbie Reamy); and his grandchildren, David Conner (Alannah), Brooks Hayden, Hayden Amrhein and Chloe Amrhein.
