It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Burns (Dahlgren, Virginia), who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by one brother and his wife, two step children, nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and over 50 nieces/nephews/great nieces/great nephews.
