She was predeceased by: her father Pop; and her sister Jane. She is survived by: her husband Dick Ballenger; her son Rick; her daughter-in-law Susan Ballenger of Dahlgren, VA; her grandchildren, Bradford of Arlington, VA and Brooke of King George, VA; and her sister Martha Rollins (Winks). She is also survived by three nephews.

Due to the latest COVID outbreak, a private funeral will be held at Oakland Baptist Church.
