She is survived by: her son Eric Wayne Hovey (Tina); her siblings, Marilyn E. Muncie and Richard Dewayne "Chick" DeLoach (Gloria); her stepchildren-in-law, Kelly Cline (Chris) and Christopher A. Shelton; her grandchildren, Hannah and Ethan Shelton; her adoptive daughter Vel Burgess (John); and her grandchildren, Blue and Stone Burgess. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
