He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dickson and Frances Dickson; his brother George H. Dickson; and his grandchildren, Spencer and Sarah Dickson.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dickson of Cumberland, VA; his sister Virginia H. Deihl of Springfield, IL; and his children, Lisa Corbin (Kyle) of Dillwyn, VA, Timothy Dickson of Powhatan, VA, Troy Dickson (Veronica) of Powhatan, VA and George W. Dickson (Nicole) of Cumberland, VA. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the ongoing pandemic the Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
