She is survived by: her husband John Sullivan; her daughter April Sullivan; her grandson Brock Sullivan; her stepmother Betty Horn; her siblings, Rita Beverly (Ralph) and Bo Horn (Sharon); and her stepsiblings, Connie Speas, Bonnie Clabo and Ronnie Speas.
