He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel 'Pemmy Bell and Josephine Rebecca Howell. He is survived by: his son Wallace Howell Winfred Bell; his siblings, Beatrice Ella, Helen of Virginia, James Augustus, Joel 'Bub Nathaniel and Mabel Ann; and his children, Barry Bell, Emily McDougald, Netfah Bell and Cathy Blevins. He is also survived by grandchildren, 2 precious great-grandchildren, a host of cherished nieces, nephews, cousins.
