She was predeceased by: her significant other Michael Fitzgerald Sr.; her stepson Michael Fitgerald Jr.; her father Jerry Douglas; her sister Sharon Lohr (John); and her grandmother Louise Henderson.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Worley and Jeremy Fitzgerlad Sr. (Lindsey); her mother Judith Batten; her siblings, Chris Worley and Dana Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Jonnelle Partin, Nathaniel Partin, Tessa Partin and Jeremy Fitzgerald Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a monetary donation be made to help with the cost of the service.
