It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paula Jeanine Prescott of Cumberland, Virginia, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Paul S. Lockner Sr.; and her sister Rhonda Hawkins. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Turbyfill Lockner; her siblings, Sam Lockner and Patricia Tolbert (Cody); her children, Candice Prescott and Christopher Prescott; her grandchildren, Payton Bailey and Landon Burwell; and her brother-in-law Roy Hawkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Puckett Funeral Home (115 Covington Ct, Farmville, VA 23901). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ash Camp Baptist Church Cemetery (8687 Church St, Keysville, VA 23947).
