Scales (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Orlando Woodson Bettina (Stacy), Anita, Caylor Scales, Ardrianna, Quentin, Katelyn Woodson and Dawn Smith-Barnes (Kevin); his great grandchild Devin Barnes; and his brother-in-law Richard H. Hatcher (Earleen). He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
