She was predeceased by: her father John W. McPherson (Bill); and her son Michael David McPherson. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Sauls Holder; her children, James McPherson (Carrie Ann) and Leighann McDowell (Chris); her granddaughter Kaleigh Cline; her sisters, Bobbi Frazier (Shane), Shannon McPherson and Mary McPherson (Micky); and her stepsiblings, Renea Kokozaki (Charlie), Sean McPherson and Keith Holder (Lilian). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
