She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Elmo Cox and Eloise King Cox; her husband Lewis Clement Hearn; and her sister Betty Carol Potts. She is survived by: her children, Nhi Aronheim (Jeff), Tom Hearn (Elizabeth), Alan Hearn (Cristine) and Bryan Hearn (Jasie); and her grandchildren, Max Aronheim, Sarah Aronheim, Mary Hearn, Val Hearn, Mackenzie Hearn, Walker Hearn, Chloe Hearn and Hudson Hearn.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (1301 Milnwood Rd, Farmville, VA 23901).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mary's honor to Saint John's, Lutheran Church of Farmville, Virginia, as a tribute to her faith and lifelong generosity.
