He is survived by: his wife Betty Seaver Tate; his daughters, Denise Tate Durrette (Clay) and Danielle Tate Spence (Jason); his stepchildren, Rick Seaver (Dawn), Chris Seaver (Laurie) and Kimberly Moore (Curtis); his great grandchild Henry Durrette; his grandchildren, Henry, Jessica Seaver, Rick Seaver, III, Tiffany Johnson, Dakota Seaver, Haley Blackwell, John Stockner, Dawson Seaver, Olivia Seaver, Jenna Maynard, Evelyn Seaver and Jaydah Seaver; and his sister Kay Lamb.
