She is survived by: her children, Janie, Rosa Booker of New Canton, VA., Bernard Booker (Sheila) and Calvin Booker (Joyce); her grandchildren, Calvin Booker, Jr., Trevena McClinton (Brian), Reegis Booker and Charlene Booker; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan, Zack and Isaiah; her sister Sarah Hendricks, MD; her sister-in-law Betty Scruggs, MD; her nieces and nephews, Helen Miller, Bernice Dabney, Sarah Hendricks (Tookie), Cheryl Bolden, Minister Cynthia Bolden, Pastor Ollie Bolden, Raymond Anderson and Beryl Anderson; her cousin Ethel Marie Stanton; her friend Rev. Annie B. Anderson; and her close friends, Mary Brown, Lonnie, Jessie Woodson Johnson, David Fleming, Dolores Liggins, Virginia Monroe, Don, Kathleen Hatcher, Jean Johnson, Gertie, Dorothy, Shirley, Ruth, Betty, Lucille and Raleigh.
