It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Sims (Cumberland, Virginia), who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wilson Miles and Bessie Mack Miles; her husband Howard Sims; her daughters, Deborah and Yvette Sims; her sisters, Beatrice Watts and Ida Miles (Joe); her sisters-in-law, Shirley Webb, Edna Sims, Evelyn Sims and Caroline Johnson (John); her aunts, Mary Jones and Viola Criss; her uncle Andrew Miles; and her sisters, Eva Powell and Bessie Chapman. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
