He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Price and Mary Louise S. Price; and his daughter Ramona P. Huggins of Kinston, NC.. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Price; his son Billy R. Price (Sondra) of Fortmill, SC; his grandson Brandon Riddle of Tampa, FL; and his brother Bobby F. Price (Marianna) of Kinston. He is also survived by several nephews, niece, cousins, and many special friends.
Due to Covid 19, a private memorial service will be held later.
